Freethinking is not prejudice or bigotry.

It is looking at new ideas, new information and re-evaluating your stand without bias. It is rejecting your own conclusions for new ones even when they may be diametrically opposed to what have been your guiding principles. Truths, values and realities will change as we increase our knowledge. One who knows enough has ceased to think and has lost the mantle of freethinker. Engage others rationally. Show some respect. Nothing is sacrosanct, nothing is above question for the question begets understanding
